  • Come here in lunch time about 1pm, its fully occupied. Only around 10 tables there to served, so make sure you come here to get spot first (the owner make rules only order when you get seated). The ambience like warung bali in general, i like there even only warung, i can feel warm of family of aji and anom to serve us with their specialty meals. Maybe i get this ambience because i seated in front of their kitchen, so i could observe how they act. I ordered betutu duck package, cost IDR50k/pax include: betutu duck (boiled or fried), rice, sambal, a bowl of vegetables, and ice tea. I also ordered sate lilit cost IDR10k/3 pcs. Overall, i like the fried duck, it is fried well, don’t have bad smell. Their sambal is also good, but i think not too strong for matah. I don’t like the other sambal taste, and i taste duck broth on the vegetable, which i don’t quietly like. But for the sate lilit, i like it most cause they have thick meat and flavorful. Overall, i recommend you all who’d like to taste a little piece of simple balinese cuisine here with cheaper price.

  • ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Came here after finding out that this is Putri Habibie’s favourite restaurant. And now I understand why. The bebek betutu rebus was phenomenal, tender and rich in spices, accompanied by sambal matah, kecap manis and warm steamed rice. The sayur was also full of flavour and you can even ask for an extra portion, free of charge I also enjoy savouring the sate lilit, 3 sate for just 10k IDR?! That’s a steal! I also got to taste bebek betutu goreng, which was crispy but less fragrance compared to the rebus one. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Somehow I feel like I was in Bali when I stepped into the restaurant. Keep in mind that the place is not big, so avoid busy hours.

  • Despite of their famous duck or chicken betutu, Aji Anom was one of the most humble and friendly owner resto I have ever met. Ambience was still the same when last visited there for more than 5 years ago. What made difference was the crowd and queue. Duck size was considered big with a lot of meat, crispy, and tender. Owner were originally Balinese, that's why the taste was authentic.

  • My favourite places to eat duck in Bandung. The duck dish here has an authentic taste and a distinct spice character. Also favourites are the fried duck betutu and the sate lilit; both are superb combinations. This restaurant is always packed with customers at lunch and dinner times; if it is busy, you can wait roughly an hour.

  • A small gateway in Bandung to taste a bit of Balinese‼ I instantly felt like home when I came here a while ago. The vibes and atmosphere really got me. A small simple restaurant in the middle of Bandung. They sell fried chicken and duck. I order chicken and also their satay. All is perfectly cooked & the soup is also good One thing that I grateful that I get there before anyone because the seat is limited you got to come first. Recommend if you miss Bali and its halal. Kinda dissapponted actually I kinda crave Balinese pig style food

  • Fried bebek betutu in front of a park. A very small place that seats around 20-25 people in total I think. Duck was freshly fried so it was piping hot. And of course if was very crispy and easily come off the bone. Was already a bit spicy without the sambal. They offer fried/boiled option. The duck was juicy and well seasoned. Also ordered the sate lilit, which was not in the menu. It was just ok - not sure why it was kind of cold not hot like the duck. Would come back? I think order online would be ok if you're not looking for freshly fried duck
